I am lost for words at how amazing this movie was. I have seen so many movies in my life but I have finally found my true favourite. Intelligent and original, you’re sure to laugh and cry throughout this masterpiece! Bravo illumination entertainment!!

I went into minions the rise of gru thinking it to be too hyped up due to memes but was excited to see this none the less. The movie is good but could us a bit more runtime maybe like the despicable me films or the first minions maybe an hour 30 minutes? 1:30:00? Or maybe 1 hour 40 minutes to flesh out the rise of the character gru. Flesh out the vicious 6 a little more. The only negative: Gru is kidnapped for half the movie. Also, the movie does have good side plots but that’s really it.
